We love hearing from our customers but before you contact us, see below to find out if we may already have an answer to your question.

 How long will it take to receive my order?

There may be delivery delays due Covid restrictions, therefore please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order in the UK, up to 7 days in Europe and up to 15 days for orders worldwide. All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class post to ensure you receive your order within 2-3 days. If you require a faster delivery, please select next day Express delivery option. For more information on delivery, please click on Delivery & Returns on the bottom of the website.

 Can I return my order?

Yes. If you wish to return an item from your order, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your original order. We will refund your item if the product is unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For more information on delivery, please click on Returns & Delivery on the bottom of the website.

 My order has not arrived yet?

If you have already allowed up to 5 working days for your order and it has not arrived, then please get in touch with us at  customerservice@rainbowandgingerlondon.com

 Do you provide a bespoke service?

Yes. All our hair bows are handmade, and we can provide a bespoke service should you require something unique for birthdays, weddings, or special occasions. Please get in touch with us at  customerservice@rainbowandgingerlondon.com

 Are your products suitable for all children?

Our hair accessories are not suitable for children under 36 months. Rainbow & Ginger London handmade hair bows, and other hair accessories are made with highest standards, but adult supervision is required to ensure that children enjoy wearing our accessories safely. 

 How will my product be packaged?

Your order will be beautifully packaged in a reusable organza bag and placed in a padded envelope.

We also provide a gift wrapping service, which includes a tissue paper, a gift box or bag depending on size, and a personal message for an additional cost of £1.95.

 Do you offer Gift Vouchers?

 Yes, we offer an online e-voucher which can be used to purchase items on our website. These vouchers will be automatically emailed to you to either print or forward to the recipient. Please note these e-vouchers can only be redeemed online.
